1 · Introduction

This website (and corresponding social media sites and apps) is operated by "Carson Jeffrey Music" or “we”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern each user’s access to and use of this site or services provided by Carson Jeffrey Music (the “Carson Jeffrey Music Services”). Age Requirements

Terms and Conditions for Tickets links for concerts and other events. All links that lead to third-party sites to purchase tickets for events that Carson Jeffrey Music will be performing at are under the TOS from each individual ticketing site. Carson Jeffrey Music LLC does not guarantee the availability of tickets or accuracy of information listed for shows on any other site other than www.carsonjeffrey.com. We also do not accept any responsibility or liability for use of any of their ticketing systems. This includes; but is not limited to, ticket cost, fees, personal information, or any other data collected from these third-party sites.
